March Madness LinkedIn Campaign
Overview
To support field engagement during March Madness, I developed a series of LinkedIn graphics designed for recruiters and business development teams to easily share.
The goal was to create content that felt relevant, engaging, and aligned with Addison Group’s brand voice, while being simple enough for widespread adoption.
The Challenge
Existing social content lacked variety and timely relevance
Field teams needed quick, ready-to-use content they could confidently share
Maintaining a consistent brand voice while introducing a more playful, seasonal theme
Ensuring content stood out in a crowded LinkedIn feed
The Approach
Rather than starting from scratch, I built on Addison Group’s existing manifesto and brand tone, adapting it into a format that felt:
Timely (March Madness theme)
Relatable (hiring + competition parallels)
Easy to use (plug-and-play for recruiters)
Key focus:
Keep messaging short, bold, and scroll-stopping
Maintain brand integrity while introducing personality
Design for real-world use by non-marketing teams
Skills used:
Brand Strategy • Campaign Thinking • Social Content Design • Voice & Tone Adaptation • User-Centered Execution
The Solution
1. Campaign-Style Graphic Series
Created a set of themed LinkedIn graphics tied to March Madness
Developed short, punchy headlines inspired by existing brand messaging
Ensured each graphic could stand alone or be used as part of a series
2. Brand Voice Adaptation
Translated Addison’s manifesto into more conversational, engaging statements
Balanced professional tone with light, timely energy
Incorporated messaging that resonated with both clients and candidates
3. Designed for Adoption
Built graphics to be easy for recruiters and BDMs to use without modification
Paired visuals with simple, flexible captions
Focused on content that could be used repeatedly throughout the campaign
The Impact
Increased engagement and participation from field teams
Made it easier for recruiters to consistently show up on LinkedIn
Reinforced Addison Group’s brand voice in a more dynamic, timely format
Demonstrated how existing messaging can be extended into campaign-style content
My Role
Led concept development, messaging adaptation, and design execution
Translated brand voice into campaign-ready content
Designed with a focus on usability and adoption across the field
